The issue of color bias is often encountered in today's technology, particularly in the design of artificial intelligence and virtual agents (Cave & Dihal, 2020). Research has shown that in many public and commercially used AI systems, the default settings tend to be modeled on Caucasians (Daugherty & Chowdhury, 2020).

Our company is against any form of discrimination and instead promotes true inclusion and diversity. We designed the avatar editor to allow users to customise the skin color of the selected agent, rather than the default white. In this way, we hope to break the default white skin color bias prevalent in the industry and ensure that every user can see their own identity and culture in our products.
